An update of the Listeriomics database will be performed regularly. However, a webpage form is available if you wanna inform us of the need to integrate a specific dataset in Listeriomics database. Before publication of new genomes, transcriptomes or proteomes to the Listeriomics website, the datasets have first to be uploaded on referent repositories such as Sequence Read Archive (52) or ArrayExpress (21). It ensures that all datasets are formatted in the international standards and that minimal information has been provided on the experimental design of each study.
